BAUMUS Completes Its Earthquake Awareness Month Event Series

In the talk "How to Build a Resilient Future for Istanbul" with Dr. Murat Güney from Columbia University, we addressed Istanbul's earthquake risk, the production of space and urban resilience.
At the event we held in cooperation with the Disaster Platform (Afet Platformu), different assessments were made on the strategic importance of civil society organizations in disaster management.
We thank everyone who attended our events held throughout December and, aware of the social construction of disasters, reiterate our hope for more durable and resilient cities.
