Great Success for BAU Gastronomy Students at the International Culinary Days Festival!

Students of the Bahçeşehir University Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts achieved great success at the Istanbul International Culinary Days Festival, held this year for the 22nd time.

At the festival organized by the Turkish Cooks and Chefs Federation (TAŞFED), two teams of Bahçeşehir University students were awarded Gold Medals in the Best University Team of the Year Competition and the Modern Turkish Cuisine Team categories.

Following this important achievement, the students of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts were hosted at the Office of the President by Prof. Dr. Esra Hatipoğlu, President of Bahçeşehir University. Prof. Dr. Hatipoğlu congratulated the students and presented them with plaques of appreciation for their success.
