Three Academics from the Faculty of Medicine Among the World's Most Influential Scientists

       The 2026 results of the “World’s Most Influential Scientists” list, compiled in collaboration with Stanford University and Elsevier, have been announced. Three academics from Bahçeşehir University (BAU) Faculty of Medicine have achieved significant recognition by being included in the list for their internationally impactful scientific research. Based on the impact of scientific publications and citation data, the list recognizes BAU Faculty of Medicine academics whose research continues to contribute to our university’s international scientific visibility and academic excellence.

     Prof. Dr. Serdar Durdağı, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Faculty Member of the Department of Biophysics at the Faculty of Medicine, was included in the “Career-Long Impact Ranking,” which evaluates the long-term impact of scientific research.

        Prof. Dr. H. Kadircan Keskinbora, Head of the Department of History of Medicine and Ethics at the Faculty of Medicine, was recognized in the “2026 Impact Ranking” for his scientific research and academic contributions.

       Prof. Dr. Serkan Tulgar, Head of the Department of Anesthesiology and Reanimation at the Faculty of Medicine, also earned a place in the “2026 Impact Ranking” in recognition of his contributions to the international scientific community.

    Through their scientific productivity, research achievements, and international academic impact, our distinguished faculty members continue to make us proud by representing our Faculty of Medicine and university with excellence and contributing to the advancement of science.
