Important Information
Participation Information
- Graduates can invite up to 5 guests each.
- Graduates must be at the "Student Gathering Area" in the Fenerbahçe Ülker Arena one hour before the ceremony begins.
Photo Area
- A photo area will be set up at Fenerbahçe Ülker Arena.
- Guests and graduates can take pictures before the graduates proceed to the "Student Gathering Area".
- Guests will be directed to the grandstand entrances.
Cap and Gown
- Graduates must attend the ceremony wearing a cap and gown.
- The cap and gown rental/purchase office will be in Room B203.
- The office will be closed on Sundays.
Cap and Gown Dates
- July 7 - July 25, 2026
- 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM
- 1:30 PM - 6:30 PM
Payment Information
- Cap and gown rental fee: 2000 TL
- The rental fee must be transferred to the bank IBAN number provided below.
- The student number and full name must be included in the payment details.
- The receipt must be shown to the staff at the office to complete the rental or purchase.
Return Information
- Return dates: July 27 - August 8, 2026
- Return hours: 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM / 1:30 PM - 6:30 PM
- Graduates wishing to return their cap and gown must fill out a "Return Form".
- The return fee of 1000 TL will be refunded to the IBAN specified in the form.
- Only one refund per IBAN will be made.

Participation Criteria for the 2025-2026 Graduation Ceremony
Associate Degree
- Students enrolled in SHMYO from the 2023-2024 academic year onward and have no more than 10 credits left after completing the Spring 2025-2026 semester.
- Students who graduated at the end of the Fall 2025-2026 academic year.
Bachelor’s Degree
- Students enrolled in a major program from the 2021-2022 academic year onward and have no more than 10 credits left after completing the Spring 2025-2026 semester.
- Students who graduated at the end of the Fall 2025-2026 academic year.
Graduate Degree
Project-Based Programs
- Students who graduated at the end of the Fall 2025-2026 academic year.
- Students who have completed their project course and have no remaining credits.
Thesis-Based Programs
- Students who graduated at the end of the Fall 2025-2026 academic year.
- Students who have completed Thesis II and have no remaining credits.
