The “Liver Cancer Transplant & Oncology Congress,” held at Bahçeşehir University Beşiktaş South Campus B Conference Hall, brought together leading experts in the field on March 27–28, 2026.
With the venue support provided by Bahçeşehir University and its Faculty of Medicine, the congress took place at the Beşiktaş South Campus and covered a broad spectrum of topics, ranging from hepatocellular carcinoma to cholangiocarcinoma, from metastatic liver tumors to transplantation processes, discussing the latest developments in these areas.
On the first day of the congress, with a focus on hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), key topics such as diagnosis, classification, and risk stratification were addressed. In addition, AI-supported diagnostic methods, resectability criteria, and transplantation decision-making processes were discussed. Immunotherapy and combined treatment approaches in advanced-stage disease were also evaluated in detail.
The second day was dedicated to cholangiocarcinoma and metastatic liver cancers. Topics included molecular classification, targeted therapies, neoadjuvant approaches, and the current role of transplantation. Innovative approaches such as liquid biopsy and ctDNA in colorectal liver metastases were also on the agenda. Multidisciplinary panels and case presentations provided important insights for clinical practice.
Through panels, satellite symposia, and interactive sessions organized within the scientific program, participants had the opportunity to follow the most up-to-date developments in the management of liver cancers.
The organization secretariat of the event was conducted by Pin Congress. For more information and contact details, you may review the program schedule.
