At the Threshold of Medicine V. Intern Symposium

      “At the Threshold of Medicine V. Intern Symposium” will be hosted by Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Medicine between April 1–4, 2026. Organized under the theme “Sapere Aude” (Dare to Know), the symposium is open to all medical students across Türkiye, free of charge, and limited in capacity. It aims to bring together intern physician candidates around topics such as clinical practice, emergency approaches, and professional development.

    During the four-day program, participants will attend hands-on workshops, case-based theoretical sessions, and experience-sharing meetings with graduated physicians. Participants will have the opportunity to take an active role in limited-capacity workshops such as basic and advanced life support, ECG and radiograph interpretation, suturing, and splint application, while also reinforcing their clinical knowledge through sessions addressing current topics in emergency medicine, internal medicine, and pediatrics.

   While an intensive academic program will take place during the first three days of the symposium, the final day will bring together students and graduated physicians through alumni sessions, TUS experience-sharing discussions, and social activities. The program will conclude with selected student scientific presentations and a closing evaluation.

   The event will be held at the Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Medicine Göztepe Campus, and applications can be made via the QR code on the poster.
