“Is Every Complication Malpractice?” – Medical and Legal Boundaries

           The hybrid workshop titled “Is Every Complication Malpractice?” offers an important platform for discussion at the intersection of medicine and law. In this event, where the boundaries between complications and malpractice in healthcare services will be examined, expert academics will present case-based evaluations and share current perspectives with participants. The event can be attended in person and will also be available online via Zoom.

        Within the program, challenging situations encountered in medical practice will be explored from ethical and legal perspectives. Cases in which the distinction between complication and malpractice becomes difficult will be discussed in an interactive setting, giving participants the opportunity to evaluate the topic from multiple angles through both theoretical knowledge and practical examples.
