The medical aesthetics training program titled “Injection Anatomy – Full Face – Biostimulation & Threads: New Horizons in Aesthetics and Combined Approaches,” hosted by BAU Faculty of Medicine and organized by Novus Argen, was successfully completed. The intensive one-day program combined theoretical education with hands-on cadaver practice, focusing on current and safe approaches in aesthetic medicine.
Following the opening and introductory session, the program continued with a live anatomical preparation module in which the facial, cervical, and ligamentous structures were examined in detail. Participants had the opportunity to evaluate regional anatomy through practical demonstrations, including tissue plane analysis and the living anatomy approach.
During the biostimulation and bioreinforcement session, superficial and deep injection techniques using polylactic acid and CaHA were presented. The distribution of materials within the tissue was demonstrated, and potential complications related to incorrect injection depth, as well as combined treatment approaches, were discussed within a scientific framework. In the afternoon session, updated information was shared on challenging anatomical areas such as the perioral and submental regions, along with next-generation filler materials.
In the final part of the program, thread applications and cadaver demonstrations addressed lifting vectors, combined techniques, and appropriate indication selection through case-based discussions, while participants had the opportunity to perform hands-on cadaver practice.
