The third term of Zeren Group’s ‘Bir Sen Bir Gelecek’ project, which aims to support the development of university students, has been launched with the signing of a new protocol. This year, 400 university students will be accepted into the program.
The goals for the new term were shared during a ceremony attended by Seda Zeren Adıgüzel, Board Member of Zeren Group, and Prof. Dr. Çisil Sohodol, Advisor to the Rector of Bahçeşehir University and Director of CIFAL Istanbul, UNITAR. Within the scope of the program, students will have the opportunity to acquire leadership skills of the future through internationally recognized certified training sessions.
Applications can be submitted between December 25, 2025, and January 5, 2026, via www.birsenbirgelecek.com. The training programs are scheduled to begin on January 19, 2026.
The “21st Century Leaders: Communication – Technology – Sustainability – Leadership Certificate Program” will be implemented in a hybrid (synchronous-asynchronous) model with a curriculum consisting of 29 lessons. The program will be conducted by Bahçeşehir University academics, expert speakers, and the international training consultancy of CIFAL Istanbul, UNITAR. Students who successfully complete the training will be entitled to receive an internationally recognized certificate approved by UNITAR.
Students who complete the first stage of the program will participate in the Dream Workshop (Hayal Atölyesi), hosted by Bahçeşehir University. Accompanied by academics and mentors, students will develop innovative projects addressing social issues, thereby strengthening their teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
