ArchiDesign Talks continues with its 6th event of the 2025–2026 Fall semester!
On Thursday, 11 December 2025, we will host the talk
“Thinking in Space – On Conceptual Clarity and Spatial Logic” with Jeyan Ülkü and Melis Kurultay at BAU North Campus, B Block, 5th floor – KST 501–502.
Jeyan Ülkü is an interior architect and founder of Jeyan Ülkü Architects (JUA), a multidisciplinary studio focusing on corporate offices, retail, residential and horeca spaces. A graduate of Bilkent University, his work grows from a strong interest in spatial clarity, user experience and commercial identity, and includes projects for clients such as Mey Diageo, Maersk, Visa, Peak Games and Good Job Games. JUA’s Good Job Games headquarters was a finalist at the World Architecture Festival Inside 2024 and received the iF Design Award 2025.
Melis Kurultay is an interior architect with over twenty years of experience across workplace, hospitality, retail and residential projects, as well as set design and art direction. For the past nine years, she has led the design team at Jeyan Ülkü Architects (JUA), shaping the conceptual direction of large-scale corporate and commercial environments for brands like Good Job Games, Yves Rocher, Johnnie Walker, Maersk and Philips. Her work combines research-driven design with a focus on materiality, cultural clarity and spatial narratives, supported by ongoing graduate research in architectural theory and criticism.
