On October 24–25, 2025, Bahçeşehir University (BAU) School of Medicine hosted the “Basic Arthroscopic Motor Skills Development Course”, organized by the Turkish Society of Sports Traumatology, Arthroscopy and Knee Surgery (TUSYAD).
During the two-day program, expert instructors in orthopedics and traumatology delivered comprehensive training on the fundamental principles of arthroscopy, hand–eye coordination, simulation techniques, and surgical motor skills. The course aimed to enhance the basic arthroscopic skills of young orthopedic residents and medical students, while also fostering their interest in minimally invasive surgery.
As Bahçeşehir University School of Medicine continues to strengthen the practical dimension of medical education, similar scientific training programs are planned to be organized in the upcoming period.
