Diplomat School 24 Evaluation Process

The students participating in the Diplomat School 24 certificate program, organized by the International Leadership Research and Application Center and the Government and Leadership School of Bahçeşehir University between September 23 and December 23, 2024, must meet the 75% attendance requirement per session in order to be eligible for the participation certificate. In addition to meeting the 75% attendance requirement, candidates will also be subject to an evaluation at the end of the program in order to qualify for the e-Government recognized certificate.
Candidates who complete and submit their written assignments related to one of the topics covered during the program, within the specified time frame and in accordance with the given criteria, will be evaluated for plagiarism and undergo an academic review by the evaluation commission. If they pass the review successfully, they will be eligible for the certificate. The list of candidates eligible for the certificate will be announced on the website within 15 working days following the final day of assignment submission. There will be no re-evaluation processes such as makeup exams, corrections, or re-assessments for the certificates.
Assignment Preparation Criteria
- The assignment should be in Word document format.
- The title should be in 14-point font, and the text in 12-point font with single line/paragraph spacing.
- The font style should be Times New Roman.
- The text should be justified.
- The assignment must be at least 1000 words and no more than 3000 words.
- Candidates must name the file using the format “first name-last name-TC ID number”.
- The email subject line should be “Diplomat Okulu 24 Assignment Submission”.
Evaluation Process
- Assignments not submitted in Word document format will not be accepted.
- Assignments submitted after the specified date and time will not be accepted for any reason, including apologies.
- Assignments will undergo an initial digital plagiarism (citation) check. If the assignment exceeds a 10% citation rate, it will be considered invalid, and no revisions will be allowed.
- After passing the initial review, the assignments will be evaluated by the academic evaluation committee, and a pass/fail grade will be assigned. Results will be announced on the designated date.
