The Bahçeşehir University Student Dean's Office organized a comprehensive orientation program for social, cultural, sports, and academic clubs at the start of the 2024-2025 Academic Year. Led with the contributions of Dean of Students Dr. Ömer Vatanartıran and Assistant Dean Enes Yücel, the program provided club representatives with valuable insights into event planning, budget management, and institutional processes.

Throughout the orientation, participants were given detailed guidance on conducting more effective and sustainable activities aligned with the university’s institutional framework. They received support on various topics, including club management, reporting, event organization processes, and budget planning, enabling them to begin the new academic year with confidence.
