"Correct Posture and Ergonomics Training", prepared by the Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation of the Faculty of Health Sciences within the scope of the Tübitak project, was completed with an event held at North Campus KACONF on April 17, 2024.
The event, which started at 14:00, included lectures by Lecturer Tuğçe Poyraz İşleyen on "Defining Correct Posture", Dr. Hazal Genç's "Musculoskeletal System Problems That May Be Seen in Office Workers", Lecturer Tuğçe Tahmaz's "Ergonomic Arrangements That Can Be Made in the Office Environment", and Intern Physiotherapists Hanife Kanat and Mert Aydın's "Postural Exercises That Can Be Applied in the Office Environment" were presented. At the end of the event, participants' questions were answered in the question-answer session.
