Dear Student,

As declared by our university’s rectorate at the beginning of the academic year, Makeup Exam Period is between 18-31 July 2022 Unless there is an emergency, there is no possibility to change any date which is declared by our university. It is student’s responsibility to follow up the academic calender.

As mentioned, final makeup dates are prepared for each department by our university’s academic department, taking into account the Bayram, including 15 July 2022. Please check the link and the attachment below.

Make-up exams ARTICLE 17 - (1) The following principles are applied in make-up exams:

g) Students in associate and undergraduate programs with a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.00/4.00 and above can only take make-up exams for the courses for which they have received an (F) grade. Students with a grade point average (GPA) below 2.00/4.00 can take the make-up exam for the courses they failed (F) as well as for the courses they are conditionally succeessful with grades of (C-) (D) and (D+).
