BAU Outstanding Contributions to Türkiye Award Ceremony Took Place

BAU gives the Outstanding Contributions to Türkiye Award once a year, and this year's award will be granted to Prof.Dr.Nejat Veziroğlu. VII. BAU Outstanding Contributions to Türkiye Award Ceremony took place on 29th June.

This award is given to people who shape education and development and contribute to the country's economy, art heritage, presentation, and awareness. This year it is organized for the seventh time. In the past years, it was presented to the former CEO of Turkcell Süreyya Ciliv, Istanbul Modern Art Museum Chairman of the Board Oya Eczacıbaşı, well-known heart surgeon Dr. Mehmet Öz, the founder of Chobani yogurt company businessman Hamdi Ulukaya, and General Manager of Denizbank Hakan Ateş.
