Projects of BAU Students Receives Supports From TÜBİTAK

BAU students are qualified to be supported in accordance with TÜBİTAK's two different research projects programs: TÜBİTAK 2209-A Undergrad Student Research Project Program 2021-2nd term and TÜBİTAK 2209-B Undergrad Research Projects Support Program for Industry 2021-3rd term.

TÜBİTAK 2209-A Undergrad Student Research Project Program 2021-2nd term results have been announced. 

Under the supervision of Dr. CAVİT FATİH KÜÇÜKTEZCAN - Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Electrical-Electronics Engineering Department, coordinated by undergrad student CAN ATAY and his partners ABDUL GHANI AYASH, EFE KASAP and ABDUL KAFI ALSHAAR, project titled "Blink-Controlled Human-Computer Interface" has received funding. 

Under the supervision of Dr. ÖZGE YÜCEL - Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Electrical-Electronics Engineering Department, coordinated by undergrad student CAN HARUN TOKMAK and his partners BERKAY URAZ and ALP BARTU ŞENTÜRK, project titled "Fire Extinguisher Drone" has received funding. 

Under the supervision of Dr. DİDEM YILDIZ - Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Management Engineering Department, coordinated by undergrad student ELİF YAREN SONKAYA and her partners SİMAY ALPER, YUSUF KUTAY DERİN and NURÇIN ÖZER, project titled "Uptohr Career Development-Oriented Business Selection Process Model" has received funding. 

Under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. MEHMET BERKE GÜR - Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Mechatronics Engineering Department, coordinated by undergrad student YİĞİT KARAMAN and his partners BEYZA KARATAŞ and SELİN AKSUN, project titled "Development of Infrastructure for Performing Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) Tests of Autonomous Air and Water Vehicles on Land" has received funding. 

Under the supervision of Prof. AYŞE NİLÜFER NARLI-Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences, Sociology Department, coordinated by undergrad student ATABERK ŞUEKİNCİ - Mechatronics Engineering Department and his partners ZEYNEP ERTEN and CEREN ÇİÇEKDİKEN, project titled "Investigation of the Social Effects and Legal Dimension of Human Transportation on Artificial Intelligence Controlled Autonomous Sea Vehicle" has received funding. 

Under the supervision of Prof. SERDAR DURDAĞI-Faculty of Pharmacy, coordinated by undergrad student NESLİHAN DEMİRCİ, project titled "Determination of the Bonding Mechanism of Daptomycin with In-Silico Techniques and Anticancer-Oriented Molecular Design" has received funding.

Under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. AYLA GÜLCÜ-Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Software Engineering Department, coordinated by undergrad student ŞABAN ÜSLÜ and his partner BERİL EVLİYAOĞLU, project titled "Preparation of Turkish Offline Handwriting Dataset" has received funding.

Under the supervision of Dr. TARKAN AYDIN - Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Computer Engineering Department, coordinated by undergrad student EYLÜL ERDİNÇ and his partner DOĞANCAN BEYTEMUR, ÖMER ANIL FIÇI, industry constultant YASİN KARAKAŞLAR, project titled “Performance Comparison of Policy Networks in the Personalized Ranking Problem” has received funding.

Under the supervision of Prof. ELA ÜNLER - Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences, International Trading and Business Department, coordinated by undergrad student AYŞE ŞALİKOĞLU and his industry constultant İSRAFİL DEMEÇ, project titled “Bringing Human Resources Functions to Seemeet.Live Application” has received funding.

Under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. OZAN AKDOĞAN – Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Mechatronic Engineering Department, coordinated by undergrad student HARİS ZİYADE and his industry constultant NİLAY GÜNDÜZ AKDOĞAN, project titled “Next Generation Magneto-Optical Kerr Effect Microscope” has received funding.

Under the supervision of Dr. ECE CELAL SOYAK – Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Computer Engineering Department, coordinated by undergrad student UMUT BARIŞ BAŞAK and his partner GÖRKEM YILMAZ, industry constultant CEM AYYILDIZ, project titled “Optimization of Physical Layer Security Algorithms” has received funding.

Under the supervision of Dr. BİRCAN DİNÇ – Faculty of Medicine, coordinated by undergrad student MEHMET NİYAZİ ÇETİN and his industry constultant FARUK ALTAN YILDIRIM, project titled “Investigation of Integration of Carbon Nanotube-Osteoblast Cells on Carbon Fiber-Polylactic Acid-Based Scaffold by 3D Printing Method” has received funding.
