This Monday, May 2, ArchiDesign Talks'22 will continue with Fernando Ramos. He is a doctor of architecture since 1973, the time he got his PhD degree from the Higher Technical School of Architecture of the Polytechnic University of Valencia. Full professor at the ETSAB Valencia and Barcelona, where he has taught Architecture and Design careers. During his 40 years of experience, he has held the positions of: director of ETSA Barcelona (1984-1991), president of the Advisory Committee for Training in Architecture of the European Community (1991-94). Highlights of his work as an independent architect include the reconstruction of the German Pavilion in Barcelona by Mies Van der Rohe, the surroundings and homes of Can Carreras (Barcelona) and the restoration of the roofs of the National Palace of Montjuic (in collaboration with Gae Aulenti). In 2015 he was awarded the Médaille d'Argent from l'Académie d'Architecture de France.
