The student must enter the Graduation Requirements tab in SAP.
When you click on that icon, a screen such as the following one below will appear. But the number of courses, credits, and ECTS requirements for all categories on this screen can be completed and the student can graduate only if they have been successfully completed and the GPA is at least 2.00 out of 4.00. Please check these requirements in a timely manner and carefully.
For example; the meaning of “Course 2/3” which is written in the “non-departmental courses” category in the following screenshot: it means that only 2 of the 3 courses that must be completed in the non-departmental courses category have been completed. In this case, at least 1 more course must be taken to complete the non-departmental courses category, and the credit of this course must be at least 3 (there are 3 credits left in the 5/8 field of credit in the non-departmental courses category, 8 is the total value expected to be completed as the credit value of the courses in this category) and the ECTS value must be at least 5. Please keep in mind that, even if you have taken the required number of courses; if you have not completed the required credits you will not be able to graduate.
All the requirements in the subcategories are also expected to be “completed”.
