UN Institute for Training and Research 18th CIFAL Global Annual Meeting Will Be Held At BAU

UN Institute for Training and Research 18th CIFAL Global Annual Meeting will be held at BAU on 7th December 2021.

Delegates from 22 countries will accompany the meeting where UN Assistant Secretary-General Mr. Nikhil Seth, United Nations Institute for Training and Research Divison Director Alex Mejia, United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) International Education Center Turkey President Enver Yücel Will participate.

CIFAL Istanbul, UNITAR, will host the 18th Annual CIFAL Global Network meeting in Istanbul and Ankara between the dates of 7-9 December 2021. Within the CIFAL Global Network 18th Annual Meeting, that will take place under the chairmanship of United Nations Assistant Secretary-General and also UNITAR President Mr. Nikhil Seth and UNITAR International Training Center for Authorities and Leaders (CIFAL) Divison Director Mr. Alex Mejia with delegates from 22 countries accompanying the meeting, expected objectives in the sustainability field for the year 2022 and the actions performed in the direction of these objectives will be presented through thematic sessions.

THE OPENING OF THE CIFAL ISTANBUL YOUTH OFFICE WILL ALSO TAKE PLACE

In this context, United Nations Assistant Secretary-General and UNITAR President Mr. Nikhil Seth will inaugurate the opening of the climate summit organized by Bahçeşehir College in partnership with CIFAL Istanbul and UNITAR.

United Nations Assistant Secretary-General and UNITAR President Mr. Nikhil Seth with the vision of President of Turkey Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and his call of: “Turkey must be the UN center.”, will inaugurate the opening of the CIFAL Istanbul Youth Office established in the Bahçeşehir University.

Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ecuador Mr. Luis Gallegos and the delegations of CIFAL Argentina, CIFAL Bogota, CIFAL Curitiba, CIFAL Dakar, CIFAL Doha, CIFAL Durban, CIFAL Ecuador, CIFAL Flanders, CIFAL Honolulu, CIFAL Hubei, CIFAL Jeju, CIFAL Madrid, CIFAL Malaga, CIFAL Merida, CIFAL Miami, CIFAL Newcastle, CIFAL Philippines, CIFAL Shanghai, CIFAL Victoria, and CIFAL York will attend the meeting that will be held between the dates of 7-9 December 2021.
