Dear Students,

We are excited and happy to be with you, our valuable students, in the 2021-2022 Fall semester, which will start on Monday, October 11, 2021. As our university, the first representative of the hybrid university model in Turkey, has previously announced, our educational activities in the Fall semester will be carried out with a 'diluted' hybrid model in which pandemic conditions are overseen. All of our physical facilities (social areas, Computer Laboratories, Library, Model Workshop, Studios, VR Lab and 3D printer facilities, etc. spaces) on our campuses will be available to our students, as before, following all necessary health rules and regulations.

In this framework, as Faculty of Architecture and Design, it has been decided (unless the Higher Education Council announces a contrary decision) that the theoretical courses will be conducted online and the applied courses in which face-to-face teaching is more valuable, will be carried out with a hybrid (simultaneous face-to-face and online) method. We remind you that in face-to-face classes, attendance will be taken with a wet signature, and final exams (according to the decision of YÖK) must be held face-to-face.

Finally, we would like you to know that we will be pleased to support you during the office hours that we have announced as lecturers on the courses or subjects that you would like to receive support by coming face to face.

We wish you a successful and hopeful term in which we will experience the excitement of meeting on our campuses on healthy days.
