On the Way to the Golden Boll!
“Incurable” which is co-directed by Melik Saraçoğlu, Director and Lecturer of BAU Film and TV Department with Hakkı Kurtuluş, Director and Lecturer at Berlin International University, made it to the finals of the 28th Adana Golden Boll Film Festival to be held between 13 -19 September 2021. Film and Television Department student Obida Zaineldeen also took part in the project with our academicians, applying the animation, special effects and color corrections of the movie. We wish success to the “Incurable” on its journey to the Golden Boll Film Festival.

BAU Film and Television Department students leave a mark on the 28th Adana Golden Boll Film Festival Short Film Competition, which will be held between 13 -19 September 2021. At the festival; Our students of Film and Television Department compete in the finals with Elif Turan's movie “Memory”, Gözde Yetişkin and Emre Sert's movie "Kısmet" and Alperen Albayrak’s movie titles “Derinlik “Algısı. At the Finals of Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival!
“Together We Shall Die” which is co-directed by Melik Saraçoğlu, Director and Lecturer of BAU Film and TV Department with Hakkı Kurtuluş, Director and Lecturer at Berlin International University, will compete in the Feature Film category at the Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival, which will be held between October 2 and 9, 2021. “Together We Shall Die”, the Turkish-German co-production, which will make its Turkey and World Premiere for the first time at the festival, is also an efficient and instructive platform for graduates and students of BAU Faculty of Communication Film and Television Department. We wish success to the film, in which our graduates Lidya Erköse, Amir Mohebbi, Emir Cantay, Onur Can Yol, Nazlı Dilruba Yüksel, Elanur Demirbaş, Menekşe Anas, Sinem Kanat and Yakuphan Atıcı took part in various roles in the Golden Orange journey.

Ali Tansu Turhan, one of the young directors of the sector and a graduate of our Film and Television Department, is competing as a finalist at Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival with his first feature film "Diyalog”. Ali Tansu Turhan, who directed the film by himself and took part in the scriptwriting and production with Burcu Uğuz and Fahri Güllüoğlu and editing with Burcu Uğuz and Osman Sarp Altay, invites the audience to a story that looks inside the cinema with his movie. We wish our graduate and his team success on their journey to the Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival and hope it will be a pleasant festival experience for all cinephiles.
