Support For Projects From TUBITAK

Mechatronics Engineering students Fatih AKPINAR and Kaan İnan with their project “Detection of Underwater Optical Attenuation with 8-bit RGB Colors and Comparison with Spectrum Analyzer” have qualified to be supported by TÜBİTAK BİDEB 2209-A Research Project Support Programme.

TÜBİTAK BİDEB 2209-A Research Project Support Programme for Undergraduate Students, carried out by the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TUBİTAK), within the results of scientific evaluation came to the conclusion that; with the consultation of our University’s subsidiary company BAU Innovation and Consultancy Inc. and our University’s Engineering and Natural Sciences Faculty PhD student Kaan ALPER, Mechatronics Engineering student Kağan İNAN with his project “Measurement of Underwater Speed of Sound with Time of Flight Method in Sea & Ocean Waters and Comparison with UNESCO Algorithm” have qualified to be supported for 12(twelve) months; Mechatronics Engineering student Fatih AKPINAR with his project “Detection of Underwater Optical Attenuation with 8-bit RGB Colors and Comparison with Spectrum Analyzer” has qualified to be supported for 6(six) months.
