Bahçeşehir University and UNESCO countersigned the cooperation agreement. The agreement which was entered into force on July the 18th 2012 in the headquarters of UNESCO covers cooperation studies between Bahçeşehir University and UNESCO in the fields of education and intercultural dialog.
Enver Yücel, the President of Bahçeşehir University Board of Trustees and Irina Bokova, the General Director of UNESCO participated in the ceremony held in the headquarters of UNESCO in Paris.
In accordance with the agreement a UNESCO Research Center will be founded in the Beşiktaş Campus of Bahçeşehir University and projects concerning education, intercultural dialog and human rights will be run in the center.
