Bahçeşehir University Press is now presenting a new publication to Turkish literature. “Physicians Master and Sovereign; İbn-i Sina” wrote out “Small Medicine Law” a thousand years ago and now this masterpiece is in Turkish. Bahçeşehir University Medicine School Faculty Member and Medicine History and Ethics Specialist; Prof. Dr .Kadircan Keskinbora’s lead the studies to prepare “Small Medicine Law” for publication. The book is composed from İbn-i Sina’s articles on the cure systems and diseases.
As it’s known İbn-i Sina’s writings are over 200. “Small Medicine Law” was written in 1013 and it is known as the summary of five series of medicine encyclopedia. This privileged summary book is written as a handbook for his students and to make people read widespread.
İbn-i Sina is giving prescriptions for head ache, sexual disease, asthma, kidney failure and to many other diseases in “Small Medicine Law”. The book is composed of 10 articles, 110 pages.
