Within the scope of Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Architecture and Design ‘Archi-Design Talks’; founder of the architecture and research office Arkhenspace, Eric Cassar, who received 2017 « Le Monde - Smart-cities » prize, and founder of Paris-Istanbul based Kao Architecture, architect and urban planner Tania Feldzer will hold a discussion on Smartbuilding and Architecture after COVID-19 on June 15, Monday at 18:30.
Th discussion will introduce us the work of Eric Cassar focusing on the notion of "architecture in times" and new properties of building design during/after COVID-19 pandemic; it will refer to resilience of cities through smart buildings and our capacity of creating new snyergies.
Designing via the concept of n-spaces, which Cassar lays emphasis on, thinking physical and digital relationships together means to suggest correlative architectural systems that expand the field of change and senses, and to increase the flexibility and variety of atmospheres.
