BAU 2018-2019 Graduation Ceremony was held on Friday, June 28 at 14:00 at Sinan Erdem Arena.
The graduation ceremony of Bahcesehir University producing 19th semester graduates this year, was held with the participation of Nikhil Seth, the UN Deputy Secretary General, consul general, deputies, consuls, mayors, Enver Yucel, the President of BAU Board of Trustees, Senay Yalcin, the President of BAU, and the presidents of universities within BAU Global Network.
Graduation Enthusiasm with the Participation of UN
4500 students of Bahcesehir University, including hundreds of students from 79 different countries of the world, experienced graduation enthusiasm. Nikhil Seth, the UN Deputy Secretary General, participated in the graduation ceremony.
Bahcesehir University (BAU) welcomed the graduates of the 19th semester with a big ceremony held in Sinan Erdem Sports Hall. Thousands of students threw graduation caps and their families also attended the graduation ceremony for their children on this special day. Also, there was a first at the graduation ceremony. Nikhil Seth, the UN Deputy Secretary General, also participated in the graduation ceremony. At the graduation ceremony, 4500 students, including hundreds of foreign students from 79 different countries, threw their graduation caps. The opening speech of the graduation ceremony was made by Enver Yucel, the President of BAU Board of Trustees, Nikhil Seth, the UN Deputy Secretary General, and Prof. Dr. Senay Yalcin, the President of Bahcesehir University. Aylin Domanichu from Kosova who graduated from the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics, became the top student of Bahcesehir University.
