To solve the crisis that Syrian refugees have and also to analyze the changes on local politics, a panel has been organized within Beşiktaş South Campus of Bahçeşehir University (BAU).
To solve the crisis that refugees have and also to analyze the changes on local politics, a panel has been organized within Beşiktaş South Campus of Bahcesehir University on 6th December Wednesday between 13:30 – 16:30. In the panel, with participation of Prof. Alexander Betts, who carries out the studies about the refugees in Oxford University and is one of the authorities of this subject especially in England, is the Professor of Forced Migration and International Relationship and is the Director of Human Innovation Project, the research which is called “The Local Politics of the Syrian Refugee Crisis: Exploring Sub-National Responses in Turkey, Lebanon and Jordan” and the results of the research have been shared with the participants.
In addition, other members of the research, Oxford University Department of Forced Migration Assist. Prof. Ali Ali, Oxford University research assistant and Çukurova University Department of International Relationship Assist. Prof. Fulya Memişoğlu, and Bahçeşehir University the Director of Immigration and Urban Studies Center (BAUMUS) Assoc. Prof. Ulaş Sunata, participated to the panel. The members made evaluation of the report.
