Awards of KisaKes Film Festival held with contributions of Bahcesehir University were given to their owners. BAU Special Award was also given in International Kisa Kes Film Festival held in historical Ortakoy Feriye Sinemasi for the third time on September 25-30.
The festival which has gained great interest this year made us enjoy the pleasure of film in Feriye by hosting the participants in Ortakoy Feriye Sinemasi with many different workshops, special thematic presentations and speeches by meeting the international cinema professionals and young artists. The festival, in which Ilker Canikligil, Gokhan Tiryaki, Bronwyn Cornelius, Sydney Levine and Pierre Lapeyrade met with the cinema lovers, ended with a magnificent award ceremony in Zorlu PSM in the evening of 29th of September and it was presented by Can Celikay and The Away Days, that is one of the most loved groups in recent times, performed on the scene. The Djs of Berlin Film Festival, Chika&SoulMind, made the cinema lovers experience an unforgettable night with their extraordinary performance after the award ceremony.
In the award ceremony, the competitors whose projects were supported with Picthing Platform created with partnership of Sarajevo Film Festival with theme of 'living city' together with the best short films selected from the student films. In addition, Filmloverss which is the media sponsor of the festival for this year will give media support to a project selected from Pitching Platform.
