2015-2016 Graduation Ceremony will be held on Sunday, 12th June 2016, in Sinan Erdem Arena at 12:00 noon.
PROSPECTIVE GRADUATE CANDIDATE LIST
(Associate degree-Undergraduate-Graduate):
Students with their names on the list can apply on 25th May 2016 by 10:00 a.m. by stating their attendance status to the ceremony on their first access to the Student Affairs System (OIS). If your name is not on the list but you think you comply with above conditions, you need to apply to the Corporate Relations Directorate Organizations Department by petition.

To attend the graduation ceremony, our prospective graduate candidates on the list need to pick up their Caps and Gowns between 30th May and 11th June 2016, 10.30 - 12.30 / 13.30 - 16.30within the information on the instructions for distribution of Caps and Gowns.
ABOUT 2015-2016 GRADUATION CEREMONY
APPLICATIONS for 2015-2016 Graduation Ceremony which will be held on Sunday, 12th June 2016 in Sinan Erdem Arena will begin on Wednesday, 25th May 2016 by 10.00 a.m. on OIS system.
Distribution of the Caps and Gowns: The distribution will be done between 30th May - 11th June 2016, at 10.30 - 12.30 / 13.30 - 16.30 at the location stated below. The caps and gowns will be returned between 13th – 25th June 2016. Gowns with no receipts will not be returned.
*Above mentioned time indicates the start of the ceremony. The students who will attend the ceremony need to be at the ceremony area at least 2 hours (at 10:00) before the ceremony starts. The students will enter the order for the ceremony with their gowns. During the ceremony, the students at the ceremony area can not have their personal items with them.
*The invitations will be handed in with the gowns.
*There is free parking available at the ceremony area.
