Mission
The mission of distance Education unit is in parallel with the mission of Bahçeşehir University; a researcher, quizzical, analyzing structure which follows up changing world technology and aims to use such technology within the scope of the university. The main mission of the unit is to provide technical Support for all Education programs including associate degree, undergraduate degree, master’s degree, continuing Education and lifelong Education and to develıp digital content for these courses.
Bahçeşehir University Distance Education Unit (BUZEB) enables students reach the content of the courses asynchronously, eliminating the restriction of traditional face to face education. Course contents will be enriched in multimedia such as text animation, sound and videos and address several senses of the students. Students can discuss with lecturers and their friends in e-chat environment in a time-shared platform. The aim is to serve people who cannot participate in learning due to working, health, accommodation, transportation conditions. Students can received education in this digital platform (itslearning) and develop themselves by keeping up with developing technology.
