The purpose of this course is an introductory course for school management, providing an overview of organizational and managerial theories in educational settings; as well as providing the participants with the opportunity to acquire and develop educational administration competencies.
EAP5002 School and Instructional Leadership (3 0 3)
The purpose of the course is to equip the participants with the leadership skills and competencies through presenting the theories of leadership and the practices at educational organizations.
EAP5003 Inspection and Evaluation in Education (3 0 3)
The purpose of the course is to familiarize the participants with the contemporary methods and techniques in inspection and evaluation and to enable them with the necessary strategies to channel these skills into educational settings.
EAP5004 Conflict Management in Schools (3 0 3)
The purpose of the course is to provide the participants with the knowledge and skills in conflict management. Participants are expected to develop individual and group conflict management strategies within the course of the study.
EAP5005 Turkey and EU Educational Systems (3 0 3)
The purpose of the course is to give an overview of educational systems of Turkish and EU countries through a comparative method.
EAP5006 Strategic Planning in Schools (3 0 3)
The purpose of this course is to give an overview of the notion and the practices of strategic planning at schools. Participants are expected develop strategic plan to transfer the necessary knowledge and the skills they acquired during the course work.
EAP5007 Education and Management Law (3 0 3)
State and education, right and freedom of education, basic contracts; birth and development of public education, public management, management law, inspection of management, types of inspection, characteristics of managerial judiciary, institutions of managerial judgment, job division, various case structures and methods.
EAP5008 Marketing Management (3 0 3)
The purpose of this course is to give the principles of marketing management and marketing approaches within the context of education.
EAP5009 Ethics in Education and Instruction (3 0 3)
The purpose if this course is to provide the fundamental values and principles of work ethics. The participants are expected to acquire skills and behaviors with regards to ethic principles.
EAP5010 Total Quality Management in Education (3 0 3)
Participants in this course will familiarize with quality management models, principles of total quality management in education and the process. They are expected to implement Total quality management at schools.

Survey research in the application of ICT for innovative learning and effective administration for the benefit of students, teachers, and administrators.
