The aim of this Ph.D program is to create an accumulation of knowledge in the chosen fields of study and enable the Ph.D candidates to use effective research techniquies through which they can contribute to the world literature.

The Ph.D program has two main objectives:

• To provide the graduates with the skills and knowledge required to assist ytheir future careers, whether this be in top academic institutions or in professional and managerial posts in public and private sector organizations.
• To foster and complement the doctoral research of the highest quality.

The teaching language of the program is English.

Bahçeşehir University offers this Ph.D program for candidates interested in advanced study of both the theory and practice of  Business Administration in four modules:

• Management and Organization
• Marketing
• Accounting and Finance
• Human Resources

Academic Preparatory Program

 Adademic Preparatory Program is designed for the adaptation of successful students who have chosen to pursue programs in disciplines other than their undergraduate / graduate majors. Such students are asked to take some preliminary courses before they proceed with the actual course work. The module coordinators decide for the required courses.
