The Ph.D. program consists of 30 credit hours of course work, Ph.D Qualification Exam and the preparation and defense of a dissertation. Ph.D students must complete the course work within four semesters.
After the completion of the course work, the students are required to attend the Ph.D Qualification Exam. Succeeding students are entitled to proceed further and start working on their Ph.D dissertation. Students are expected to produce and submit at least one academic paper together with dissertation. The duration of the program is 8 semesters, including the time allocated to the preparation of the Ph.D dissertation.
