TUITION FEES, PAYMENT TERMS and METHODS
FOR GRADUATE PROGRAMS
Tuition fees, payment terms and methods for the Academic Year 2011-2012 are stated below. The announced fees* (8% VAT included) are applicable to all incoming students who will enroll in the graduate programs of Bahçeşehir University in the academic year 2011-2012.

*For Academic Preparatory Program, course fee is 900 US$ per semester.
Registering students are given two options in tuition payment : Installment Payment or Cash Payment.
EXECUTIVE MBA PROGRAM TUITION FEE is stated as 12.500 US$. The fee covers the tuition of 10 courses plus registration for project work for one semester.
In the event that a student repeats a course for any reason or needs to re-register for the project work for any additional semester, the student will be charged an additional fee. Each academic year the University determines and announces the repeated courses fee.
Students are given one semester to complete the project work. If failed to complete the project work in one semester, students need to pay the additional repeated course fee for renewing their registration for the project.
The fee for repeating courses for the academic year 2012-2013, is announced to be 1.200 US$ per course.
e-MBA PROGRAM TUITION FEE is stated as 6.500 US$. The fee covers the tuition of 10 courses plus registration for project work for one semester.
In the event that a student repeats a course for any reason or needs to re-register for the project work for any additional semester, the student will be charged an additional fee. Each academic year the University determines and announces the repeated courses fee.

GRADUATE PROGRAMS (other than EXECUTIVE MBA, e-MBA)
a) TUITION FEE for PROGRAMS with PROJECT is stated as 8,900 US$. The fee covers the tuition of 10 courses plus registration for project work for one semester.
In the event that a student repeats a course for any reason or needs to re-register for the project work for any additional semester, the student will be charged an additional fee. Each academic year the University states and announces the repeated courses fee.
Students are given one semester to complete the project work. If failed to complete the project work in one semester, students need to pay the additional repeated course fee for renewing their registration for the project.
The fee for repeating courses for the academic year 2012-2013, is announced to be 900 US$ per course.
b) TUITION FEE for PROGRAMS with THESIS is stated as 8,900 US$
The fee covers the tuition of the courses offered according to the program curriculum plus registration for thesis course for two semesters and seminar course for one semester.
In the event that a student repeats a course for any reason or needs to re-register for the thesis work for any additional semester, the student will be charged an additional fee. Each academic year the University determines and announces the repeated course fee.
Students are given two semesters to complete the thesis. If failed to complete it in two semesters, students need to pay the additional repeated course fee for renewing their registration for thesis course.The fee for repeating courses for the academic year 2012-2013, is announced to be 900 US$ per course.
METHODS of PAYMENT
You may choose only one of the following methods of payment
PAYING THROUGH THE BANK
Cash Payment
Upon admission to a graduate program, students may contact any Denizbank branch with their Turkish Citizenship ID number (for foregin students with their passport) and complete the payment procedure.
Installment Payment
Students may pay the tuition fee in four installments at the beginning of each academic year before registering the courses.
PAYMENT with CREDIT CARD
Full Payment
In this payment option, the tuition fee will be charged to the credit card.
ON-LINE PAYMENT
Students may use the following link, http://eodeme.bahcesehir.edu.tr to make on-line payment without visiting the campus.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Students who have withdrawn from a course, will have renew their course payment for the same or euivalent course within the semestre they register.
The below given procedure is applied to students who would like to terminate the graduate program.
The program tuition fee is based on the assumption that the duration of the program is 3 semestres and there will be no retroactive payment made for the completed semestres and by the fourth semester no refunds are made to students with the only exception of payment made for repeating courses.
For the enrolled (current) semestre, below-given deduction rates are applied to the tuition fee paid by the students for that semestre. The reference point is taken as the starting day of the semestre (The Fall 2012 semestre starts on September 24, 2012).

No refunds are made to students who would like to terminate the program during the fifth week or afterwards.
