School of Politics

The School of Politics program takes place every academic year and comprises of a series of panels where politicans, ambassadors, representatives and others who make up the decision making bodies of the Republic of Turkey can express their views on a variety of different issues. The School of Politics with the valuable contributions of its guest speakers and through the attentiveness of its participants raises the bar each academic year.  

 

The Goal of the Program

 

The aim of the School of Politics program is to equip potential leaders with objective and quantitative information so that they can adapt to the changing paradigms of the global world. In the School of Politics, politicians, academics, diplomats, economicsts, scientists and businessmen share their theoretical knowledge regarding the important political events and periods of Turkey with the participants. Speakers also bring in their experiences coming from their own practices.

 

About the Program

 

School of Politics Certificate Program takes place every Saturdays for 12 to 15 weeks in each Academic Year and starts at 10:00 and continues till 17:45. The program is made up of five sessions; each of them taking one and a half hours, and end with an Q&A session. To qualify for a certificate, participants are required to have 80% attendence.

The School of Politics is a long term program. Important political issues of Turkey are evaluated with an objective point of view. Though its content is adapted according to the Turkish political agenda each year, tho content mostly covers the following topics:
