The Global Leadership Forum is an annual certificate program organized by the Bahçeşehir University School of Government and Leadership, the American Studies Center with the support of the Türkiyem Foundation. The Global Leadership Forum aims to provide its participants with different perspectives on Turkey’s bilateral and regional relations and global politics. Leadership is a notion that should be studied in great detail. The role of leadership in foreign policy must be greatly improved and promoted. As a trait that can be only enhanced through knowledge and experience, leadership remains an essential requirement for anyone who wants to play an important role in global politics. In foreign policy, disputes and conflicts caused by cultural differences and miscommunication can only be remedied through well-trained leaders who are experienced in their fields. In this regard, as the Bahçeşehir University School of Government and Leadership and the American Studies Center we place great importance on projects aimed at developing leaders. The Global Leadership Forum is a conference where speakers can inform the participants about their own experiences about leadership in today’s world. The program aims to broaden the horizons of participants by equipping them with necessary information.
