The Project Writing for the European Union and Development Agencies certificate program is organized by Bahçeşehir University School of Government and Leadership in cooperation with Koç-Yönder and aims to develop participants’ professional skills. The program has been regularly organized since the 2009-2010 academic year.
The Goal of the Program
The goal of The Project Writing for the European Union and Development Agencies certificate program organized by Bahçeşehir University School of Government and Leadership in cooperation with Koç-Yönder is to equip participants with the theoretical and practical knowledge regarding macro and micro projects.
About the Program
The Project Writing for the European Union and Development Agencies certificate program is organized by Bahçeşehir University School of Government and Leadership in cooperation with Koç-Yönder takes place every academic year in the Bahçeşehir University Beşiktaş campus. The program has been designed to take place for two weeks on Saturday and Sunday between 9am and 6:30pm as four separate lectures. The lectures are designed interactively so that the participants can ask their questions to lecturers. Participants who complete the program successfully are given certificates. In order to be eligible to receive a certificate a participant must attend at least 80% of the lectures.
Projects and teamwork are the two most important aspects of the program. Each week workshops are carried out regarding the preparation of EU project writing and financing of EU programs. The main goal of these workshops is to teach participants how to apply the theory and logic behind project writing to reality. The model project that will be finalized by the end of the workshops will serve as practice for actual projects that participants will be a part of in the near future.
