Starting in the 2006-2007 academic year, the Political Campaign Methods certificate program has been held every spring semester.
Goal of the Program
Designed as a complementary program to the The School of Politics certificate program, The Political Campaign Methods aims to equip participants with the one of the skillsets necessary to be successful in politics. The goal of the program is to familiarize participants with the most fundamental problematique of politics: how and through which mediums to communicate with society. The program aims to achieve this goal by explaining the theory behind political campaigning and also showing alternative campaigning strategies.
About the Program
The Political Campaign Methods certificate program is held once a week for six weeks between 7pm and 9pm. The lectures are taught in Turkish. The lectures are designed interactively so that the participants can ask their questions to lecturers. Participants who complete the program successfully are given certificates. In order to be eligible to receive a certificate a participant must attend at least 80% of the lectures. The program takes place on the Bahçeşehir University Beşiktaş Campus.
