ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS (INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS)
Students can apply for PhD & Graduate Programs through the Internet by submitting ‘‘Online Application Form’’. http://bahcesehir.edu.tr/graduade_school_of_social_sciences
Students, applying for Graduate Programs, can take the Proficiency Exams administered by Bahcesehir University. Applicants planning to take this exam have to respond YES to the relevant question on the Online Application Form.
The following documents should be submitted to Graduate School of Social Sciences following the Online Application (within the application dates stated on the web site.)
This information is applicable to Foreign Students only.
Applicants who will not be considered as Foregin Students are defined as:
a) applicants holding a citizenship of Turkish Republic and/or
b) applicants holding a citizenship of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and/or
c) applicants holding dual citizenship of the above-mentioned countries
d) applicants (holding any of the above citizenships) who have graduated from a university in Turkey and/or Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus
GRADUATE PROGRAMS IN TURKISH |
1. For MBA/MA programs, international applicants are not required to submit GRE/GMAT exams. However, holding a valid GRE/GMAT score will give differential advantage to the student’s acceptance procedure. For MA/MBA programs: Applicants are required to submit the minimum acceptable scores are: GRE: 450 / GMAT: 610 / ALES: 55 |
2. Turkish speaking foreign students who are admitted to Graduate Programs in Turkish have to submit a Turkish Proficiency Exam Score from TOMER (Turkish and Foreign Languages Research and Application Centre) or from another accepted institution. |
3. Copy or the notarized and translated photocopy of Undergraduate Diploma |
4. Official transcript (the applicant has to submit an English version of the official transcript) |

10. For those who are working in a workplace with the accompanying printed paper bearing the letterhead of workplace they work by filling out the form to be approved by the institution as a signed and sealed. |

Ph.D PROGRAMS |
1. Applicants are required to submit a valid exam score: ALES EA 60 / GRE:685 / GMAT:500 |

Applicants to this program is required to bring a copy of the following English Proficiency Exam Score (TOEFL, IELTS, KPDS, UDS) TOEFL IBT: 79 / TOEFL CBT: 213 / IELTS:6.5 / TOEIC:785/ KPDS: 65 / UDS: 65 *** Turkish speaking foreign students who are admitted to Ph.D Programs in Turkish have to submit a Turkish Proficiency Exam Score from TOMER (Turkish and Foreign Languages Research and Application Centre) or from another accepted institution. |
3. Copy or the notarized and translated photocopy of Undergraduate and Graduate Diploma |
4. Copy of official transcript is also required (the applicant has to submit an English version of the official transcript) both for graduate and undergraduate degrees. |
