1. Notarized translation (to Turkish) of the Undergraduate Diploma |

4. An official student visa obtained from the relevant Turkish Embassy/Consulate General within the home country |

8. Turkish speaking foreign students who are admitted to Graduate Programs in Turkish have to submit a Turkish Proficiency Exam Score from TOMER (Turkish and Foreign Languages Research and Application Centre) or from another accepted institution. |

IMPORTANT NOTES
· The Registrar’s Office gives each enrolled student a user name and a password. Students log on to the Registration System, namely OIS, (http://stu.bahcesehir.edu.tr) by using their user name and password. OIS is used for registering for courses; for receiving and sending messages; viewing report cards; downloading course notes; contacting advisor and lecturers; sending and receiving e-mails.
· Students are advised to contact their program advisor before starting on-line course registration.
· Students need to register for at least one course in each semester in order to be on student status.
· Leave of Absence Appeals are made to the Director’s Office of Graduate School of Social Sciences
· Students, in progress with thesis or project work, have to renew their registration for thesis and project courses each semester.
