IMPORTANT NOTES

The Registrar’s Office gives each enrolled student a user name and a password. Students log on to the Registration System, namely OIS, (http://stu.bahcesehir.edu.tr) by using their user name and password. OIS is used for registering for courses; for receiving and sending messages; viewing report cards; downloading course notes; contacting advisor and lecturers; sending and receiving e-mails.

Students are advised to contact their program advisor before starting online course registration.

Students need to register for at least one course in each semester in order to be on student status.

Leave of Absence Appeals are made to the Director’s Office of Graduate School of Social Sciences

Students, in progress with thesis or project work, have to renew their registration for thesis and project courses each semester.
