Accommodation Opportunities for Students in 1-Term-Programs
BAU Berlin Campus offers accommodation in central areas of Berlin for students in 1-Term-Programs. Students have the opportunity to in a quiete and more affluent neighborhood in the district of „Tempelhof-Schöneberg”. The students who choose to stay in the university accommodation will share apartments with each other. All rooms are fully furnished and set up with consideration foir the needs of our students. Responsible for the accommodation in these apartments is the accommodation office for BAU Berlin Campus. More information on the apartments and conditions is below:
Street View
The Tempelhof-Schöneberg Apartments are located in a quiet, more green and more affluent neighborhood in the southwestern part of the city center, at the corner of Laubacher Strasse and Kreuznacher Strasse. They are connected to the campus by the Berlin subway system.

In these apartments,a TV connection (with German language channels) and an internet connection are provided.
Important Information:
Your bedsheets and towels will be exchanged every two weeks. Cleaning of the apartment is your own responsibility. The apartments need to be maintained in a normal state of cleanliness. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.
Smoking is only allowed on the balconies (where available), but strictly not inside any of the rooms.
The trash containers are located next to the building’s entrance. We recommend to separate the differnt kinds of trash, such as plastic, paper, glass, organic waste, and remaining general trash.
There is a special room with washing machines and dryers in the building. The accommodation support office can provide information on the use of the machines.
