Frequently Asked Questions
1.I want to start a club. How can I do that?
Students who wish to start a Student Club can do so by following the procedure below. The Club Application Form, Club Constitution Form, and Executive Board and Member List Form must be obtained from the Dean of Students Office and filled out completely. The club must have at least 25 (twenty-five) active members. The club must have an Academic Advisor.
For clubs with the same name or a similar field of activity and purpose, the list of student clubs at http://bahcesehir.edu.tr/idaribirimler/ogrenci_dekanligi/kulupler can be reviewed. Our goal as the Dean of Students Office is to support club members with similar fields of activity, events, and purposes in organizing more comprehensive events under one roof, to enable them to produce projects together, and thereby to strengthen solidarity among our students by developing their communication and social networks.
At the end of the 4th (fourth) week of each academic year, established clubs submit their events for that year and a "Draft Budget" for those events to the Dean of Students Office.
2.Can I become a member of Student Clubs?
