Strategies and New Approaches in Turkish Foreign Policy

As in every year, distinguished diplomats, academics and foreign policy experts from various fields took part in the Diplomat School program, which we, as the Bahçeşehir University School of Government and Leadership, organized for the sixth time this year.

 

In addition to topics whose impact is strongly felt in all our lives, such as global and regional developments, Turkish foreign policy, recent developments in the Middle East and Turkish-American relations, diplomacy and negotiation techniques were also conveyed to our participants by our esteemed instructors.

 

Our book, compiled from the presentations delivered during a successful Diplomat School program, is now presented for your consideration. This book has been compiled from the presentations of our distinguished speakers and the question-and-answer sessions in which our participants also took part.

 

Therefore, our book is of great importance as a work that brings together and summarizes different perspectives on the future of Turkish foreign policy, regional and global developments and, finally, diplomacy.

 

In this study, various strategies implemented in Turkish foreign policy are also examined through different lenses, and the approaches and conditions under which our foreign policy is shaped in our global relations are discussed. For this reason, I believe that our book will be useful both for our students and for everyone else working in the field of foreign policy.
