Final deadline for students who registered for courses during the ADD-DROP or similar periods to fulfill their financial obligations. Students who fail to meet their financial responsibilities will have their registered courses dropped, and will be recorded as “not registered for courses” for that semester. Regardless of whether the registration was done automatically by the system or manually by the student, students are responsible for any courses not dropped by this date. Scholarship students, in particular, must pay close attention to their course registrations under these conditions.

Early final exam dates for students coming to our university through Erasmus, World Exchange, or similar programs and for those who will go abroad under the same programs. Students who will take these exams must have confirmed travel plans and must provide official documentation from their institutions. Not every student going abroad is granted this exam; it is only given in cases where there is a conflict with the academic calendar abroad. A list of eligible students must be submitted to the Rectorate by the International Academic Relations and Programs Office no later than Friday, December 12, 2025, for distribution to the relevant academic units. Exam dates will be communicated by departments to the students included in the approved list. Students who are granted the right to take early finals must complete all of their final exams during the early exam period. They are not permitted to take any finals during the regular final exam period.

NOT all students going abroad are eligible to take these exams; only those who have conflicts or overlaps in their class schedules. The International Programs Office is required to submit a list of students who will be taking these exams to the Office of the President by Friday, 08 May 2026. The concerned students, instructors, and departments will be notified of the planned exam dates. These students must take all their final exams on these early dates and are not eligible to sit them during the finals scheduled at the normal time.

Final day for students enrolled in 2025–2026 Summer School courses to complete their financial procedures. All students who have registered for courses by any means must fulfill their financial obligations by this date. Courses will be dropped for students who fail to do so, and their summer school enrollment will be canceled. Courses without sufficient enrollment will be closed. After Friday, 03 July 2026, students whose courses were dropped due to financial issues will not be able to have those courses reassigned, even if the payment is later completed.

Courses in the summer school that do not meet the minimum enrollment requirements and must be canceled will be closed by the Academic Planning Directorate around 11:00. Students whose courses are dropped will be notified via SMS. Students must check their enrolled courses in the system one last time on Thursday, 09 July 2026. If any course was dropped due to insufficient enrollment, students may select another course via the system on 09 July 2026. Courses that should have been closed but remain open will not count toward credit load and no payment will be made for them.
