The Scholarship Affairs and Coordination Unit is a department operating under the Rectorate of our University. It was established to coordinate the units responsible for managing the scholarship processes of prospective students who plan to choose our university.
The primary mission of this unit is to foster effective communication and collaboration among the relevant academic and administrative units involved in managing scholarship processes. This ensures that the scholarship procedures for prospective students are conducted in a healthy, organized, and student-oriented manner.
The unit plays a supportive role in all stages — from the accurate and timely announcement of scholarship opportunities before the application process, to providing guidance and information flow after the application has been submitted.
While aiming to be a reliable source of information for students during their decision-making process, the Scholarship Affairs and Coordination Unit also contributes to the reliable and inclusive operation of our university’s social support mechanisms.
