Baçheşehir University, together with Barbaros Library, were established on October 11th, 1999 in the heart of Istanbul. Barbaros Library is essential to the education provided at our university as it facilitates research programs, scientific endeavours, and provides quick access to accurate information in order to meet the academic needs of members of our BAU family. Bahçeşehir University and Barbaros Library live up to our motto as “A World University in the Heart of Istanbul” as we aim to be an extensive and eclectic source of information and learning with high standards, prompt, qualified and result-oriented employees, and technological opportunities.
