At the beginning, about 30 students at minimum who are researcher, innovative, has a different mind-set, can speak different languages and work in the industrial areas, will be accepted to the program.
Different methods for the selection of the students can be carried out; an important alternative for the selection will be the present employees of the company or those who are bright in means of learning. Another method is for students, who will be included in the program by choosing by the industry. Lastly, another method is the selection of the students that will be carried out by İTHİB (Istanbul Textile and Raw Materials Exporters Association), İTA and Bahcesehir University.
Students will be able to work for a fee at the firm during and after the program. In case a negative situation occurs during this process, a contract work is made to solve any problems.
The factors such as working of the students in the companies during the master’s program, job guarantee in case of being successful, multinationality of the program, bearing the costs of the master’s programs by the companies will increase the attraction of the program, and also provide to choose the best students in Turkey. In addition, the industrialists will train the directors of the future with a proper education under their own control. Thus, the rate of transformation of our country in Technical Textile with win-win methods will be increased.
