Program Description

The English Language Education Master’s Program (non-thesis) focuses on professional development of English as a foreign language teachers by taking into consideration the latest developments in the field of English Language Teaching (ELT). Students are provided with a solid foundation both in theory and practice related to ELT methodology, teaching skills, second language acquisition, research and linguistics in order to make them fully qualified teachers of English. The program offers a wide selection of elective courses and introduces major theoretical and methodological issues. Upon successful completion of the courses and graduation project, students are expected to become reflective teachers.
